Join Rich on Saturday 4pm for 2 hours of Yin! One of our most experienced teachers, Rich is the pioneer of longer yin-style classes in Newcastle.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of Yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time, sometimes 1 minute, sometimes 5 or more minutes. Perfect for all ages, body types, and levels of experience. It is excellent to help you find a balance for your more active yoga styles, or for other forms of exercise. Long, deep stretches, a focus on breath and finding the restfulness within each pose is the focus in these classes.
